Governing Board

Our governing board consists of five community members who are elected to four-year terms. Working on a volunteer basis, the board members dedicate their time and considerable talents to making policies, establishing a budget, providing guidance, and ensuring the effective management and financial soundness of our schools.

We hold governing board meetings on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month at 5:00 p.m. These meetings, which are open to the public, take place in the Daniel Fontes Governing Board Room in the district office, located at 570 Camino Lito Galindo in Rio Rico. We invite you to review the agenda for our upcoming board meeting, and hope that you will join us LIVE for our next meeting.   The livestreamed meeting will also appear at the bottom of this web page.

*During meeting restrictions due to COVID-19, the boardroom will be limited to 15 people.  We encourage the public to view the meetings online.  If you would like to submit a call to the public, please email communications@scv35.org
